Orders & Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes. COD orders need a small advance payment towards shipping to confirm the order, and you pay the rest in cash at delivery. This advance is non-refundable if the parcel is refused or can't be delivered.

Is online payment safe?
Yes. Online payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Do you have any offers on prepaid orders?
Check the banner at the top of our website for the current prepaid offer.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days (excluding Sundays and government holidays).

How long does delivery take?
Usually 3 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details by email.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, to all PIN codes our courier partners serve.

Returns & Damaged Items

Can I return or exchange for size or colour?
No. We don't accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, design preference or change of mind. Please check our Size Guide before ordering, or message us if you're unsure.

What if my product arrives damaged?
We'll replace it (or refund it if it's out of stock) after verification. You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video that starts before opening the parcel and shows the shipping label. Email the video with your name, address and mobile number to flc.sanacloset@gmail.com. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Products & Fit

How do the feeding zips work?
Our feeding kaftans have an invisible centre zip, and our maxi dresses have hidden zips on both sides, so you can nurse discreetly. Our kaftan co-ord sets use a front knot that you loosen for feeding.

Can I wear them if I'm not feeding?
Yes. The zips are hidden, so the outfits look like regular everyday wear.

Are they suitable during pregnancy?
Our free-size kaftans are maternity-friendly, with an adjustable drawstring for comfort during pregnancy and after delivery.

What fabric do you use?
Most kaftans and maxis are soft, breathable cotton rayon. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

What size should I order?
Our kaftans are free size and fit up to 4XL (approx. 100 kg). See the Size Guide for every product type.
