Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 working days.

Sundays, government holidays, and unavoidable circumstances including but not limited to courier delays, natural calamities, operational issues, or government restrictions are excluded from the processing timeline.


Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner operations, and local serviceability.

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time under any circumstances.

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared with the customer via SMS / WhatsApp / Email (where applicable).

Providing an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address may result in shipment delays, non-delivery, or return to origin (RTO). In such cases, we shall not be held responsible for the delay or non-delivery.


Cash on Delivery (COD) – Shipping Terms

Cash on Delivery orders require an advance payment toward shipping charges to confirm the order.

The advance shipping charge is mandatory for all COD orders.

This advance shipping charge is strictly non-refundable in the following cases:

  • The customer does not respond to courier delivery calls

  • The customer is unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery

  • The customer refuses to accept the parcel

  • The order is returned due to failed delivery or Return to Origin (RTO)

The remaining order amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.


Important COD Notes

Failure to accept the delivery will be treated as customer-initiated cancellation.

In such cases, the advance shipping charge will be forfeited to cover logistics, shipping, and handling costs.

We reserve the right to cancel, restrict, or refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries, suspicious activity, or misuse of the COD facility.
