  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, advance shipping charges may be required to confirm the order

  • Failure to complete required advance payment may result in automatic order cancellation

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD orders are shipped only after successful confirmation and advance shipping payment

  • Advance shipping charges collected for COD orders are non-refundable in case of failed delivery or refusal

  • Non-acceptance of COD delivery will be treated as customer-initiated cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel or block future COD orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries or suspicious activity

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or incorrect address details are beyond our control

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged products, subject to verification

  • A full, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for return requests

  • Exchange or refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified

  • All return conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy

7. Order Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Failed COD confirmation

    • Incomplete or suspicious order details

    • Inventory unavailability

    • Policy violations

  • Customers cannot cancel COD orders once the order is dispatched
