Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as size, color preference, design liking, or change of mind.
Returns are accepted ONLY in case of damaged products, subject to strict verification.
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
1. Eligibility for Return (READ CAREFULLY)
A return request will be considered only if all conditions below are met:

The product received is physically damaged

Customer provides a clear, continuous unboxing video

The video must:

Start before opening the parcel

Clearly show the shipping label

Show the entire unboxing process

Have NO cuts, pauses, edits, or screen jumps

Any edited, trimmed, or unclear video will result in automatic rejection.
No video = No return.
Partial video = No return.
Edited video = No return.
2. How to Raise a Return Request
Customers must email the unboxing video to our dedicated support email ID (mentioned on the website).
The email must include:

Full Name
-
Complete Delivery Address

Mobile Number
-
Clear unboxing video attached or shared via drive link
Incomplete details = Request not processed.
3. Verification Timeline

Once the email is received, verification and approval/rejection will be completed within 7 working days

Our decision after verification is final and non-negotiable
4. Mandatory Product Return (IMPORTANT)

Replacement or refund will be initiated ONLY after the damaged product is returned and received at our warehouse

Customers must send the approved damaged product back to the warehouse address mentioned on our website

The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition

No exchange or refund will be processed before the return parcel is received and inspected

Return instructions will be shared only after approval
5. Exchange or Refund

After the returned product is received and verified:

If the same product is in stock, an exchange will be processed

If the product is out of stock, a refund will be initiated

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time
6. Important Notes

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for refund only via bank transfer or UPI

We reserve the right to reject any return if misuse, fraud, or policy violation is detected

Multiple return requests from the same customer may lead to account restriction
